Your check will be mailed between 6 - 8 weeks after it is received at Western Digital Rebate Headquarters.

To receive your rebate, you must submit (1) a complete Western Digital rebate form, (2) your store receipt or invoice for the qualifying Western Digital product and (3) the original UPC code with Serial Number cut from carton. This information must be received at Western Digital Rebate Headquarters before the deadline on the rebate form. Note: Requests from Post Office boxes will not be honored. Please include your physical address.

Since the actual invoice is required, and not a facsimile or copy, Western Digital Rebate Headquarters cannot accept electronic submissions.

If your rebate cannot be redeemed, a written letter will be sent to you explaining what required documentation was missing. You will be given ample time to re-submit your claim with the required documentation.
